Payments are due as specified in your service agreement or due date provided.
Late payments may incur additional fees or result in suspension of services. A re-connection fee may be charged as well.
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

While we strive for accuracy and security, we do not guarantee that our website will be error-free or uninterrupted.
6. Termination

NextWave Web will delete your account fully at any point in time after a payment is late more than 24 hours. (We typically wait 30 days, however, this is not guaranteed due to storage limits and is done at the direction of NextWave Web).
